LeVilla 548 is one of the nicest one bedroom condos in Schuss Village!

We have a brand new renovated kitchen with bar and Quartz countertops!
Brand new KING bed. A rarety for a 1 bedroom at Schuss.
Newly renovated bathroom with tile walk in shower!
We also have 549 and 551 so if you are looking for 2 or 3 condos next to each other this is perfect.
Lower walk out unit. (No stairs to climb) Park right out front.
Very private with woods and a pond view. At the end of a cul De sac just a short walk to the driving range. Step out back to cross country ski or snow shoe.
Sleeps 2. 1 bedroom w/ King bed . 42 inch SMART TV w/ DVR & DVD in bedroom.

This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear Dunes makes a great day trip.

Summary: The condo was beautiful, completely updated with highend furnishings. It has 2 outdoor seating areas, we had coffee on the back patio, loved it. Very private as this unit is next to a wooded area. #10 tee box is adjacent, it wasn't noisy at all. This condo has everything you could need, very comfortable. Highly recommend!
